Usually, you would add it once a week 1/2 a scoop (which is provided in the jar).

Q: When to apply for orchards ? In March when trees wake up or before/after flowering ?

Not sure about Orchards. I use it when transplanting indoor plants and then about every 2-3 weeks when watering. It really helps the root system. I am growing in 1 and 5 gal pots. I mix it with water and Nutrients and water it in.
