Yes most of the sellers listed here can provide the T fitting part # BE-000613-02 by itself for ~$30. I don't see any Amazon listings for it, you will have to reach out to one of the sellers and ask them to create a listing.

Can this be used with beer gas to carb/nitrogenate the beer quickly?

Yes. It should work just fine with nitrogen

How long will the beer stay carbonated after using this?

The purpose of a quick carb is so you do not have to wait for normal carb. So, if you hook it to your normal carb system, it will last until the beer is gone. Helpful?

Does this come with complete instructions? I would like to carbonate flavored water, but I have no clue how to do this or hook it up/clean it.

Yes, it does come with instructions. The device is intended for use with a 5 gallon ball lock Cornelius "Corny" keg and you will need one of those along with some way to dispense your soda, such as a party tap. There is an optional device to connect the QuickCarb to a Sankey D style 15 gallon beer keg.
