This jacket will work with the Milwaukee M18 battery, you just need the power adapter that slides on the M18 battery. No, it will not ruin the jacket, instead it’ll give you much more heated time than a M12 battery. I’ve owned these jackets and hoodies since they were made available, and I’ve worn them on countless construction sites in the worst kind of cold. The M18 battery is a bit heavier than the M12, so I extended my power cord so that I could put the battery in the front pocket. These jackets are a lifesaver for anyone who has to work in the elements.

I have the large and that easily will fit a 42 to 44 has plenty of Room in the body as well as the upper arms I had the extra large but I gave it to my neighbor it was way too big It would fit a person 225 pounds and up and a44 plus. Don't forget this is your first outer layer do not wear it over another jacket it will not transfer the heat that way.
