My eyes feel less tired and my sleep seems better
I’ve used these for two nights now and will update my review at a later time.I will say that I’ve noticed some improvements after 2 nights of use. I suffer from a lot of sleep issues due to bipolar disorder, adhd, medications, and family history. I have a sleep study scheduled in December and this year I’ve been willing to try just about anything.I’ve known about glasses like these for a long time but only took it seriously after another bout of restless sleep and sleep deprivation last week. To be fair, Amazon lost my B12 and D3 supplement which I was out of for several weeks. I started taking it two days ago so maybe that’s part of it. However I’ve also had sleep disturbances while on the supplement. I’ve tried Valerian root and ZMA. I’ve bought a special pillow. I use an eye mask and try to use white noise. I do live 75ft from the interstate barrier wall this last year which I suspect contributes to my poor sleep. However as I’ve said this started years ago.Anyway, these glasses are my latest trial and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement. Ive felt more refreshed while waking up and my smart watch that I purchased a couple weeks ago is showing that although my deep sleep is too low and rem and light sleep too high, both deep sleep and rem have happened earlier in the night and been less sporadic after falling asleep.I know I need to get outside more often because I WFH and have a tendency to stay inside. But my habits have been to stare at the computer for work all day, my phone during breaks, and then the TV after work. I would sit downstairs until 12-12:30am watching tv with my boyfriend. Just never felt like I’d get mentally tired but it’s also been a struggle taking Adderall.Last two nights I’ve noticed that around 10:15 - 10:30 I get this natural inclination to get up and start getting ready for bed. I’m slowly moving my bed time back and seem to fall asleep okay. I feel more refreshed waking in the mornings (as much as one can be with the winter sunrise being at 7:30).I especially like that these wrap around. They block out almost all light around my line of vision and when I take them off everything has almost a blue tint and makes me squint. I use LED lightbulbs and read that LED has blue light more than the old incandescent. I’m considering buying redder lightbulbs for the bedroom since I read those are better for your circadian rhythm than LED with the blue light. So far I definitely recommend these. I read a lot of reviews like I do with every project. The only thing I don’t like is that the stems are long but I have a smaller head and they don’t seem to push forward much at all even when resting my head back. The glasses do have a plastic cheaper feel to them which isn’t an issue for me. They aren’t fragile but I’d definitely recommend keeping them in a hard case when not in use. 10/10 would buy again if they broke. And this isn’t a company that sends shady review us for a gift cards with the order. I’m reviewing because the quality is superb imo.Oh and some reviews say these distort their vision. I had lasik in 2019 after wearing Prescription glasses for 11 years. These do not distort my vision to an extent I notice a detriment for reading or watching tv. I can tell vision is minimally changed but I think this is due to the curvature. It will make things sepia seeming but I’ve been using f.lux with the deep Orange night filter on my computer for years and prefer that anyway.

Better than expected!
I began to suffer of eye strain, dryness, eye floaters, a bit of photophobia since 2010 and snow vision since 2013. I used to watch TV in dark rooms and be infront of the monitor for hours, back in the day, however I had no idea why those things suddenly appeared in my vision. So I got very worried.I started to make a thorough research in every source available about the matter. I also went to the oculist doctor and he said that eye floaters are a very common condition and around 85% people in the world actually have them, but they just don't about the thing, and the only risk about the condition is when the retina could detaches causing blindness. The snow vision problem, though it is very common as well, there is no confirmed evidence so far of what the real causes are. With all the information I had at hand years ago, I found out that the blue light spectrum that artificial devices emit, such as TV's, laptops, cellphones, tablets, etc, are really harmful for the eyes in the middle and long term.I have to be clear with this again: The natural blue light spectrum that comes from sun light is GOOD for your health and eyes, but the artficial blue light spectrum that comes from electronic gadgets and street lights is BAD for your health.First, I bought a pair of Eagle Eyes. They are great for wearing outdoors, but for indoors they are very obscure. Then I bought a Gunnars and though my eye fatigue, itchy eyes and redness decreased, my circadian rythm was still a mess, so I thought I needed something with more blocking capabilities.I bought then the Uvex Skyper by Honeywell and they do really block the dangerous blue spectrum in a way that everything that is blue at that specific risk level becomes green or black, eye strain was gone and my circadian rhythm improved considerably. Although they work very well, the only problem that I see with the Uvex is that they are very bulky, some people say they are ridiculous and cumbersome to wear and they aren't polarized.I finally bought the Spectra 479 (BioRhythm Safe) and I was impressed by the very first moment I wear them on. Natural light comes to the eyes like a waterfall of light without hurting the eyes at all. Everything looks clearer and brighter and at night or when infront of monitors or the TV, then the harmful blue light spectrum is also blocked at all. Eye fatigue, with wearing this pair, is also gone and dryness in my eyes is no more. They include a soft fabric to store and clean. No rigid case, but I think it is just than enough. The only bad point with the Spectra 479 glasses is that the frame seems to be a little bit fragile, so I would recommend to be careful when handling them. For some people, wearing this kind of blocker glasses may reduce the overall experience when watching a movie, working in the computer, especially for designers, or playing a video game, due to the fact that the colors of things are somewhat altered, but then one has to put aside sometimes joy and comfortness for the sake of health. If you want to make yourself a favor and give your eyes and body the rest they need, with the best of protection in order to avoid future eye damage, then buy a blue blocker glasses. And in my personal opinion I would buy the Spectra 479 as the first and best option available.

Fantastic, they work for me!
I really think it is working well. I do notice that I sleep better through the night. I like the fact that they wrap around so the blue light does not come in on the sides. They are comfortable to wear, which was a concern for me. When you are wearing them and then remove them, my eyes feel fatigued because of the affect of the blue light; I put them back on and within seconds my eyes feel relaxed. I recommend these glasses to anyone who has eye fatigue due to screen blue light or if you just want better rest during the night.

work well
Does a very good job of blocking the blue light. The frame is also very comfortable. They are not quite as dark as "True Dark" glasses but they do the trick.

I can see comfortably with no squint in direct sun
I wear them all the time. I love these glasses. I work as a mail carrier and I don't wear sunglasses because it's hard to read the letters inside the vehicle. I have light eyes and the sun will give me headaches. With these I can read the print and I don't squint (I rhymed). My eyes aren't strained and I can see comfortably. When I walk into the office I didn't realize how much the florescent lights were impacting me until I put these on. I would love it if the company made a glass lens version because I'd get those also. They are worth purchasing.
