Which way should the oil hole be facing when installed?

It does not matter which way the oil hole is facing on LS engines, the lifters can be installed in either direction.

What is the break-in procedure for Delphi LS7 Lifters?

No break-in is necessary for hydraulic roller lifters and camshafts. Just be sure the camshaft and lifters are properly lubricated when installed.

Michigan motorsports ls7 lifters

They worked out great so far2006 Silverado 4.8Be aware they make a lot of chatter at first start up at least for me. Noise lasted about a few seconds.2nd time it made a even louder knock/ lifter noise.I shut off my engine started it again and went silent better then ever.So far so good. I would recommend and purchase another set.

Seems to be good quality. Package was torn on arrival.

The product looks to be a good GM replacement lifter. I see there is some questionable reviews on this product. The trays have the GM part number. And the product was shipped in the company package. The lifters were shipped in oil, and they look to be correct for the LS7 application.
