Sleep well
Low odor when opened, almost no off gassing period. My daughter was able to sleep on it the first night. The mattress is comfortable, soft but supportive. Does not sleep hot. It's a great mattress for the price. High quality. I plan on buying another one for another child.

If you prefer a mattress that's not "firm"...
For years we had been sleeping on an old inner spring mattress with an inexpensive 4" foam topper. It was VERY SOFT, so much so that getting out of bed was sometimes an issue. Plus I often woke up with shoulder or neck pain. FYI, I'm a side sleeper. And lately, my sleeping's just been lousy. I expect Covid-related anxiety is party to blame. Regardless I decided I wanted a new mattress.I decided on a bed in a box. I got one for both of my kids over the years and they seemed happy. Plus, there are very well reviewed products out there for way less than traditional beds. Lastly, return policies often seemed too good to be true (see more on this below). After spend days reading hundreds of reviews and watching videos, I opted for a Tuft & Needle Mint. It cost about $1K. Easy ordering, arrived promptly, set up easily, and looked great. It was rated "firm."Well, my wife HATED it. Truth be told, she didn't give it a fair try. She kind of said she wouldn't like it before it arrived, said she didn't like it after night 1, and after night 2 said she was up all night with back pain. FWIW, this mattress should have relieved her back pain, not added to it, based on firmness and the fact that she's a back sleeper. Didn't matter. Her mind was made up. It had to go.So I called T&N on day three and they were FANTASTIC. Refunded my purchase price IMMEDIATELY and said I should give it to a local charity or, failing that, give it to a friend, family member, or neighbor in need. The return policy that I thought "too good to be true" turned out to be 100% true. Good on them! I gave it to a family in a neighboring town that lost all of their possessions to a house fire.I ordered the 2.0 via Amazon because it was the more "plush" of the options and because of the literally thousands of positive reviews. Oh, the fact that the price was less than half of the T&N didn't hurt.It arrived in about 8-9 days (my only complaint). Very large box that I once again had to navigate to the second floor. Popped it open and enjoyed watching the inflating process (again). After figuring out which side was front and back we placed it in place and let it "breath" for a couple of hours. With chemical smell to keep me off it, I put a cover and sheet on it and slept on it last night. It's definitely on the plush side. I wouldn't want it any softer. But I actually found it more comfy than the 2x more expensive mattress that preceded it. "They" say soft is good for side and stomach sleepers (which I am) and they appeared correct. I only had one night on it but I'm sure it'll be fine for me.My wife joins me on it tonight and we'll have to see her reaction. Should she not like it I'll just get her a 2" topper for her side to make it softer. You can't see the actual mattress so I can't comment on its looks or fit and finish. The cover isn't at taught as the T&N's cover and the materials not as rich feeling, but it doesn't feel cheap. As a bonus, it come with two "bonus" memory foam pillows and though it did smell a little when I woke up my head was on one of them and not one of my "old" pillows.I can't speak to its return policy and hope I don't have to. But I am comfortable saying (pun intended) that this is a nice, inexpensive option for someone who likes a softer mattress.

Best mattress I ever had
This bed is so comfortable. Both my husband and I were having back pain and slept on this mattress at a friend's house. It was so comfortable we'd decided to buy one. Best decision ever. Neither of us get back pain anymore. Everytime I get in it it feels like the first time. Amazing value. Oh, and you NEVER wake up sweaty. Soft like a cloud but plenty of support at the same time. No motion transfer either.

different sizes have different firmnesses
so, ive purchased both the twin 12 inch (labelled as "mattress" in size selection) and full size 12 inch (labelled "12 inch" in size selection), and i personally find them both nice mattresses for sleeping on solo. everything was super easy to open and set up. i let 'em rise for 24 hours and there was no super strong warehouse smell (though if you pressed your face into it without a sheet you could still get a whiff of plastic for like...a week. this wasnt an issue for me though)the twin was PRETTY FIRM for a memory foam mattress. i liked it alot, there was no sinkage or pit that formed when more than one person sat on it. it is for this reason that, when i decided to size up to a full so i had more room to sleep with my partner, i bought the same brand thinking itd be the same firmness, especially considering (unless im a dunce and missed it...) i didnt see any options to choose a firmness or specifications on the item listing FOR firmness (i.e. all i had to go on were reviews, many of which mentioned the mattresses being pretty firm for memory foam)the full size i got was VERY SOFT. like, much much MUCH softer than the twin i had. im fine with this when im sleeping by myself- its not like theres NO support, its just not as nice for sleeping with another person next to you because it IS soft enough that a dip will form under the heavier person.im not the pickiest about beds and firmness and all that, i still like both of the ones i got, and theyre great for the price i got 'em for sure. was just a tad disappointing finding out that the firmnesses arent standard accross all sizes and (as far as i could tell) theres no specifications saying which are what firmness.i didnt expect either bed to be permanent for me, which is why i only spent 350 on a full sized mattress, so its not like im too beat up about it. by myself, the full is plenty comfy and i expect it to last the few years i need it to. its just worth mentioning that the firmness can be kinda... unpredictable i geuss? 🤷♂️

Great value and comfort.
The ultimate comfort at a great price. Firm, not hard, no more waking up at night and my old bones and joints are very happy. No odor as some reviews noted. Love this mattress, great value when comparing other more expensive ones.
