Over 99% of air leaks are due to the valve not being tightly closed. Before inflating, ensure the deflation valves on both sides of the pillow area are pressed down firmly with no gaps. After inflating, press the inflation valve tightly to seal it.

If you can feel the ground, the sleeping pad might not be fully inflated. Make sure to fully inflate the mattress until it's hard to press down with your foot. For a double mattress, it can take around 3 minutes to inflate, so please be patient.
