Fits the Harbor Freight Bauer 3 Gallon vac.
If you own a Harbor Freight branded Bauer 64753 3 gallon mini shop vac. These fit perfectly! HF, for some reason does not offer replacement filters, the big box store, in orange, sells these awful replacement 'sheet' type filters that fall off during use. This is the solution.

The ring was too large for my 1 gallon vacuum. The bag fit but it also seemed somewhat too big. Perhaps I have an older model 1gallon. This would probably be perfect for a 5 gallon.

Perfect fit
This fits my small Stanley shop vac. The old filter was beyond cleaning. This fits on perfectly and is working well. And now the stink of the old filter is gone!

Works for Bluehawk 5gal Shopvac
Its a little bit of a snug fit, probably not a bad thing. The retainer ring that comes with this did not fit, so I just reused the original and its all working fine so far. I'll buy this again when its time for another new one.
