Perfect for working drummers
For those drummers that don't need a large stick bag but just need the basics for city gigs especially when public transit is involved. Vic Firth has their version which is great for the price but I didn't mind paying more for waterproof materials and a little larger bag for an extra pair of sticks. Stylish and well thought out product.

Perfect for a gigging drummer!
Love the size of this bag. I often forget I am wearing it when out performing. Holds the perfect amount of sticks, brushes, etc. for the drummer who consistently plays shows where you're only doing short sets. Also looks cool to just pull sticks out from your back!

Neat bag!
I bought this for a custom mechanical keyboard, so that I can carry one in style as I made my commute around Tokyo. I got compliments on it and is very well made.

Dosen't unzip fully. Useless
I'm a big fan of MONO products and own several of their messenger bags. Everything they make is extremely well-designed, thought-out, and very high-quality. This drumstick bag however, is a massive departure.First off, the materials and build quality ARE good. Standard MONO stuff in that department.I love the size and form factor of this bag, it was exactly what I was looking for.The problem is, that the bag does not unzip all the way; it just unzips half way down the bag. This is extremely frustrating, not being able to open it fully and lay it flat if need be. It also turns the bag into somewhat of a black hole. If you put something in the bag other than a drum stick, like your keys or a phone, you won't know it's in there. You will have to try and squeeze your whole hand in there and try and fish it out. I have NO idea why they designed the bag this way.The other major problem is the front pocket. The zipper is on a strange angle, and again the pocket goes all the way down to the bottom of the bag, making it another mini black hole. The pocket is supposed to be for a drum key, however if you actually dropped a drum key in there, it will be lost in the bottom, and unable to be retrieved easily. And the pocket is pretty much useless otherwise. You can't fit a phone in there, and it's WAY too tight to really fit anything else. It's so tight, you can't even fit your hand in there to even fish out what could be in the pocket at the bottom. This could have been the absolute perfect drumstick bag with it's small form factor and high quality materials, but the extremely baffling design of this bag make it useless.MONO, just make the thing unzip all the way around just like literally every other drumstick bag ever made, thank you.

Just enough space
This smaller Mono stick bag is great for smaller outings because it fits only a few sets of sticks/brushes/mallets. The outer pocket is large enough to fit a wallet and phone, plus a drum key and ear plugs. I use this bag primarily to transport the essentials to and from lessons.
