The 1 cooker I’m using I can’t be able to get its whistle and the food is been burned inside the cooker the smaller cooker is good as well as the big cooker

Very poor after sale service
After sale service is very poor. The induction plate of the dosa tawa got detached. When contacted they gave me a watsapp no. The portal they provided is like radio, only one side communication is possible. Costober cannot express what he has to point out. Not at all user friendly. Even if a reported the damage within the warranty period, it is neither rectified not replaced. Now the warranty period is over.Now the coating of curry pan started going. Just one year is over.
