Q: If I wrap them around my body will I look like a superhero?

If you do it will only last for 20 hours until you have to recharge. Since every superhero has a weakness I guess a low battery will be yours!

Q: Can this be used outside and in rain? USB exposed?

The Solar String lights are rain resistant.

Q: It says these are led. are they bright white? the picture/video makes them look warm. i do not want blinding bright lights.

They become increasingly bright white as you click through their settings (similar to a headlamp). They have frosted bulbs though so it's never a blinding, piercing LED white. I would characterize them as warm.
