Weber Q Gas Grill Q200 Q220 Stainless Replacement Burner New 41862

I have to replace my Weber grill burner ever 18 to 24 months. Renews the grill. The Weber 2000 series is great. Install is simple requiring removing 1 bolt.

This is a Weber genuine part, so it fits perfect (on my Weber Q 2200). I highly recommend spending the extra couple bucks on the genuine part.I replace my burner every two years, and the difference is like night and day. Sure, the old burner still worked, but the crud that gets trapped deep inside the pipe over time will reduce the flame, and lower your max temperature. The old dirty burner only got it up to about 300 degrees. With the new burner, it allows the propane to flow better so it's gets much hotter, much faster.Just get the new burner. It will be like getting a brand new grill.

I have had to replace this unit twice over the years. I have had this grill for many years and I use it usually 5 nights a week. So it gets a lot of use. The replacement burner is so easy to replace. There is one screw to take out. That's it. Best grill ever!

After about 2 years of almost daily use, my poor beloved Weber Q220 gas grill began to lose its vigor. Preheating the grill to 400 degrees F used to take about 5 - 7 minutes. But after 2 years of constant use, I could let it preheat for 15 minutes and it wouldn't even reach 300 degrees.I tried everything including replacing the propane tank and hose, thoroughly cleaning the grill with various cleaning products, using an air compressor to blow out debris from the valves, hoses, and air vent. I even steam cleaned it, but it still just putted along at 300 degress. Frustrated that I might have to buy a entirely new grill, I stumbled upon this replacement burner on Amazon and decided to give it one last chance.I'm happy to report that my grill is now back in action and spitting fire like new! It now can reach about 425 deg in about 5 - 7 minutes and maintains a consistent and evenly distributed heat output. With regular cleaning and maintenance (per manufacturer guidelines), I think I may have bought another years for my grill.Grill on, friends!

I’ve owned my Weber Q220 for a several years now. Over the last 2 years it seemed it just didn’t cook as good as it did when new. Any type of breeze would really affect the temp. Also it struggled heating up after I loaded it up with food. I’ve tried removing the burner, cleaning it and cleaning every single hole. Nothing would work.Installed this new burner in a matter of minutes. And I once again have nice flames and it heats up crazy fast.Well worth the money, now my grill will live on for a few more years.
