Renata CR2430 Batteries - 3V Lithium Coin Cell 2430 Battery (4 Count)

Somfy(R) Motors are the motors you may find inside of indoor / outdoor motorized curtains and motorized retractable awnings. The CR-2430 is the correct 3v Lithium replacement battery for Somfy(R) remote controls.Renata is a Swiss battery manufacturer and recognized for high quality battery production. The ones I got had an expiration date of 07-2026. I think the rated shelf life of these batteries is about 10 years, so this is at least half the rated shelf life. Plenty good enough for my purposes.These are difficult to find in stores, although many list them. When you go there, they are not in stock. I'm looking at you, WalMart. All in all, these Renata batteries are a good buy.

If you're looking for a CR2430 that works in Volvo key fobs, these are the cells you want.If you've had cells die unexpectedly quickly or ended up with unexplained behavior after installing other CR2430 cells into your key fob, these will resolve the issue. At least they did so for my XC60 key fobs.It's unclear why other CR2430 cells don't play nicely with Volvo key fobs. The hideously expensive Volvo branded cells you can get from the dealer presumably work and I've heard Sony cells do too, but Renata was recommended to me and resolved the issues I was having with unreliable operation when using another brand. I've not had them long enough to gauge their lifetime in the key fob, but for now they're working well.

These batteries were for a car key remote. They work and seem reliable so far.

When this item arrived, it was boxed with another order I had placed the same day. I did not read the packing list (lesson learned!) but pulled all the inflated packing material out. I found only one item in the package which I assumed was correct. Fortunately, I kept the box to use later as a couple of days later when reviewing Amazon's email showing both orders delivered, I went back to that box and sure enough, under the cardboard flap that makes up the bottom of the box was this strip of batteries! All is well that ends well but be sure and read your packing lists! The batteries are installed and functioning great! I dinged on star for what I believe is somewhat shoddy packaging.

I tested all the batteries, and they all tested at 100% power. Price is good. They all fit perfectly in my devices. Quality seems good.

If your key fob is not working properly with new name brand batteries these are the factory batteries and they work flawlessly

Not all the batteries were fully charged, disappointing. You do get what you pay for.

Works fine with my Volvo car remote keys. But, I don't know how long it will last, I just install them recently.
