Effective and efficient. Does what it says. Yes, might be a bit overpriced as per some people, but I would like to see those people doing this job themselves. It keeps thumb in place and straight. The rest is upon meds and sprays. Take care that once you spay, you don't have to put it immediy. Let the spray dry and then put it tightly on your affected finger or thumb. It's designed to so it's job.
