Not working after the first use. Completely burned out. No response from customer service. Now it is in the garbag room as a scrap.

Good one, easy to use. Burn 2 napkins at a time, after that switch off and on it little later, else the machine will automatically off. After off can’t switch on ,have to switch off the plug and on it. Over all good product
