Great value and service
We bought two of these. Not only is it an awesome product - great stone-like looks, LED lighting, soothing water sound, very easy to assemble. But customer service is also great. We exposed the cord ends to water and caused a short and didn't want to keep operating the pumps without fixing the charred plugs. Within a half hour of emailing about it, I got the SKU from Lamps Plus and phone number to order replacements. Then, about a 30 second wait on the call and got an order completed within about two minutes and it arrives within days now. And we're not being gouged on the pump price. I guess this feels like such a rarity that I had to actually give a review even though that is not a regular thing for me. Happy sloshing!

Arrived sooner than expected, is well-constructed and easy to assemble. The perfect addition to our backyard patio and adds just the touch of sound we need to not have to hear our neighbors' conversations.

Masaon Rustic Fountain - Highly Recommended ++
I wrote a review a few weeks where I highly recommended this fountain.I still recommend this unit and would like to add a few more details.* Regarding splashing the need to add water. I don't believe that this is an issue. It is now May and I add water about once every 7-10 days. Balancing the fountain reduces splashing and I extended the water nozzels with clear tubing to reduce spashing.

Nice Accent Piece
This is a simple fountain to assemble. The assembly instructions are not that detailed so you may have to rely on some common sense to assemble. Just tried it out on our outdoor patio. It looks great and operates as represented. The pump is quiet so it is not heard over the sound of the flowing water. The small accent lights give the fountain a nice glow without being overly bright. Plus they can be adjusted for brightness by twisting them to reflect more light to the bottom of the bowl. The fountain is a little bulky to handle by oneself. It fits easily on a two wheel dolly. Use a couple of bungee cords to hold it on the dolly makes it easy to move around. I just bought a fountain cover to use when on vacation or when not using it frequently. If you live in the Midwest then you know a lot of junk falls off the trees during the mid to late Spring. It’s easier to pull a cover off the fountain when you want to use it rather than cleaning all the tree droppings out of the bowls. A switch to turn it off and on would have been a nice feature. I now will either put a small off/on flip switch that plug into the electrical receptacle or have the outside electrical receptacle connected to an inside wall switch. Flipping on a wall switch before entering the patio to start the fountain is an easier and safer way to turn it off and on.

Beautiful Addition To Yard Space
This fountain is even more beautiful than in the picture. The sound of the water is loud enough to drown out most of the traffic noise in my surrounding area. It was easy to set up and operate. I only wish the lights could be on a separate transformer so I could keep the light off in the day time. I mostly turn it on when I'm going to be outdoors on the patio to preserve the lights. Caution: be careful when removing it from the box. The small "copper" pipes are plastic and could break if handled incorrectly. Other than that, it is an excellent fountain. When

Problem Solver
On lowest speed, water splashes everywhere. On medium speed, only a few drops. I had an old railroad tie cut into three sections, and it makes a lovely base for it. LED lights do NOT attract bugs. To keep it clean, cover it with a large(4'x2'x2') dumpster bin bag, when not in use. Or, you can use a tea strainer in the bottom bowl(lower front hole). OR, cover the motor with the foot of old panty hose. I only use distilled water to keep the algae from growing, along with the drops. I only add one gallon per week, and keep it covered when not in use. It is beautiful at night, with a tranquil soothing sound, imho. Just wish is was 50% bigger!

It's cheap sounding and looking when up close and very splashy
Others have noted that the water splashes out of the fountain when running and that the pump's flow cannot be adjusted. I can confirm both, even though there is a +/- adjustment wheel on the pump.Good stuff:- Looks nice if it's either dark or you're not close-up.- Lights can be disconnected by simply not plugging in the power supply to the lights (let the cord hang out the back and cap it so it's not shorting out by sitting in the water)OK stuff:- Sufficiently loud to create ambient water flowing noise- Easy to haul around when empty because it's plastic- Of questionable value-for-money at $200Not so good:- There isn't a real way to slow its flowrate, hence the splashing. I did cover up some of the pump's water inlet openings with electrical tape. This helped somewhat, but will probably burn out the pump sooner.- Water flowing noise contains a component that could best be described as either filling up a plastic jug... or sound of an echoey men's room. This is due to the next item...- Cheap, thin plastic construction that only resembles rock or stone from a distance- No on/off switchAnd the major inconvenience: I originally purchased the fountain for $270. The next day Amazon was selling the fountain for $200. Amazon refused to do a price adjustment, even though it's a Prime item. The solution was for me to send the original 50lb package back to Amazon so they could credit me $270 and then order a new fountain at $200.

Beautiful fountain
I love this fountain and it is a good value. It makes a nice running water background noise in the garden. I also think it is very attractive. The only negative is I have to add water to it daily. I shut it down if I am going to be out of town for more than 24 hours.
