INDESPENSIBLE BUY
INDESPENDABLE PRODUCT ..A MUST BUYWe just constructed a new house and i wanted a space in the kitchen for a dishwasher having seen how useful an item it was in the house whenever I visited USbut there had been a lot of opposition from everyone as the general notion in India is that labour is cheap.. So why go for itBut the very idea of someone washing your dirty utensils and not doinga satisfactory job is so appalling...i did a lot of research on buying one for myself here in IndiaAnd then finally narrowed down to a BOSCH 13 place setting model..First things first1.Excellent service quality2.Courteous staff3. Was facing some earthing issues and called up Bosch Customer care.. the nxt day they were there to fix it up4. Yes the initial purchase cost is definately there but in the long run the actual cost of running it per month is no more than RS 600_700 ..per wash per day.. And that includes the cost of electricity+detergent+salt for taking care of hard water+rinse aid5. Which is far less than a maid's cost whose services start anything from 1500_2000 per month. And not to forget the cost of detergent+plus their tantrums6. In these time of difficult conditions this the THE BEST options7. Dishes come out sparkling clean' sanitised,8. And yes you do have to rinse them properly but it's no big deal9. Even if in kitchen sink one keeps them rinsed why should one make an issue of it here11. Unlike the US ones this comes with indegineously designed for Indian type of cooking and there are various options of cleaning modes to choose from..12. Does an excellent job on steel, ceramic glass,Tupperware,.. And others dishwasher safe plastic. Cannot put aluminium or sant teflon coated utensils13. My machine gets loaded up every second day..14. If loaded up properly it can load up quite a lot of utensils.. You just need to put in the utensils sensibly..15. It comes with memory backup which means if electricity breaks down(which is quite common in India).. It'll start from where it had shut down16. This is a big boon17. The quality of the wash is excellent the dishes come out super dry.. Have used all types of utensils..pressure cooker without its rubber ofcourse, karahis heavily soiled milk pots too18. It's cutlet basket is very useful as it has small compartments and one can add very small items in it like pressure cooker whistle.. Or other small ones19. So just rinse and stack the utensils upside down with no utensils covering each other so that the water spray can easily reach each and every corner of each utensil20. Hope my review clears any doubts..21. Happy Buying

Best Dishwasher
UpdateDishwasher is still going strong. So far it has not even malfunctioned for a day meriting call to service centre. A very robust oience of equipment from Bosch. Works perfectly everytime we use it.Old Review and revised my opinion. The machine could not complete even single cycle and gave out E20 and then E27 error. Called service guy who failed to turn up. Pathetic service by Bosch, zero response from a company known for quality and German workmanship. There was no replacement available so Amazon created a return. Very poor experience for an expensive equipment. Such defective price should not be sold on amazon. Finally, returned it. Amazon guy seeing the error message said it is problem with control board. It seems Bosch has this recurrent problem of insufficient voltage as heater control unit fails to handle high current. That piece became available on Amazon when return was received and some poor guy , like me, bought it immediately. Lets see if he has better experience.Updated review after use for more than one yearThis is an update after use of dishwasher for.more than a year.I had ordered return and then again went for this brand after checking IFB VX+. VX+ had trouble fully cleaning though that was an excellent machine otherwise. Returned IFB and again ordered Bosch dishwasher. There was an issue of power trip. Bosch dishwasher uses more than 6 ampere so electrician changed the schenider trip switch to 10 amp switch. And the problem was solved. Machine has functioned perfectly since then without needing any call to service personnel. During shifting house to Delhi , service personnel came and setup in new place without any issue. Response time was good once service was booked with call centre. As for cleaning, no questions about it. Simple in operations and utensils comeout sparkling cleaneven the toughest to clean kadai. In fact we got old kadai cleaned up thoroughly with two three times using it and cleaing in dishwahser.I see that a new model has come. I am sure it would be worth it. It helped during corona lockdown and it helps when maid is on leave. Power consumption is about 2 units per wash cycle and believe me it's worth it.I am.not deleting old review so that people.can go thru my earlier experience and then later oneService.from amazon and Bosch is satisfying.

Good product
Product is good but extra dry function is just for name....water still remains on utensils. Extensive wash is good but not excellent as it claims. Indian "kadai" needs two wash for complete cleaning. But overall it's good... fulfilling the daily needs. Good for family of 3.

Review after 10 month use
Machine works fine. Sometimes there is noise. Once the detergent lid didn't opened but the vessels came out clean. If we don't arrange the vessels properly then some vessels won't clean. I run it once a day as we clean only cooking untensils. Plates and cups are cleaned by hand. Otherwise we need to run it 2 times a day for 4 member family. Salt need to be refilled every 2 months. Rince aid every 2 weeks. We get most use of it when there a lot of guests. Very useful for those who work in kitchen..
