Would these be suitable for prints on white paper, without being too similar to the frame colour?

I would put a cardboard outline frame within the metal frame - especially with A3. Nothing wrong with white - a personal choice.

How much does each frame weigh?

I don’t know exactly but they are not very heavy. We bought them to display Covid19 signs on our outdoor cricket nets. Still in place & no signs of wear after 6 weeks in all weathers.

Are these suitable to display a4 posters outside in all weather ?

These type of frames are never fully waterproof, we recommend that posters are printed onto waterproof paper or laminated

I'm not clear if £36.87 is for one or five??

For five - not worth more than approx a fiver each.
