Been taking this for over a year now. It does taste like blood, but taste doesn’t linger. Improved my iron levels within a week. Doesn’t make my stomach hurt and no constipation issues. Great quality and value for a bottle.

I absolutely think this is the best Iron I've taken. I had problems with anemia and was recommended this iron to take. It is gentle on my stomach and has never caused constipation. I took two a day and now my oncologist has pulled it back to one. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried a lot of iron supplements, and this is the only one that doesn’t upset my stomach or cause issues. It’s easy to take, and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy when I stay consistent with it.The tablets are a bit large and don’t taste great, but they’re worth it for how well they work. I’ve reordered several times and plan to keep using this long-term.

I had low iron during pregnancy with symptoms of anemia and began taking a generic supplement. After taking that for a couple months, my levels were retested, and came back worse (severe iron deficiency anemia-level worse) than before I started taking the other supplement! My midwife threatened that if my iron and ferratin levels dropped any lower, I would need an emergency infusion. I began taking this supplement per her recommendation, and within a week, noticed my symptoms improving drastically. After giving birth, we checked my levels again, and for once, they were in the higher range of healthy rather than on the threshold of a near emergency! I was so exhausted, cold, and would get awful dizzy spells and shortness of breath all the time, but now I feel good again! I love these supplements! Oh, they also don't taste gross or make my stomach hurt like the other supplement did, double win!

I have had labs done by my hematologist, who recommended I take some iron supplements for my anemia. I decided to give these a try as the reviews were very good. My iron and ferritin have significantly improved from my last blood draw, and I am very pleased with these results. I love that it is not just iron that is in this supplement, but it has Vitamin C, B12, and Folic Acid, as these vitamins are crucial for the blood.However, I only gave it 4 stars because the taste is absolutely disgusting. So, if you are very sensitive to how a supplement tastes and you are not able to power through it, I would highly recommend that you choose another brand. However, since I got my Iron levels up, I do not have to take these supplements as much as I used to.

My iron is low, and my doctor recommended this. This causes absolutely no tummy upset. It is just as the label says. You can even take it on an empty stomach. I have a sensitive stomach, and this doesn't affect it in a negative way at all. I haven't had my iron rechecked as of yet, but I do notice some of my previous symptoms diminishing.I was told to take this twice a day

My wife started taking this several weeks ago and it has resolved her dizziness, headaches, and fatigue. She had low iron/ferritin due to pregnancies/nursing and this product had been a total game changer. Easy on her stomach with no nausea. She highly recommends.

Excellent product. Many iron products do not assimilate and absorb well into the blood system from the intestines and cause stomach upset or constipation. This product does not cause either side effect and my blood levels for HMG and HMC are up. A good choice.
