if you expect to hear water bubbling you will not. other than that I like it.UPDATE, after a couple of weeks of use it is making a loud whirring noise, took it apart at the pump to see what was wrong, can't determine cause. also and this one I am not sure noticed a small puddle a few days after started it up. thought it must be overflow from filling. however, I have determined that is not the problem, it has sprung a leak somewhere and not sure where the leak is. so I will try to contact the seller and see if I can do something or if this is just a flaw and needs to be returned or trashed. I will keep you up on this situation. for now I am not recommending this . Sorry!!!

I would include a video to show you how perfect this is, however I can’t because my sister lives away from me, that’s fine anyway. But it’s so perfect as a gift! I got this for my sister since she loves Buddha and I wanted to get her a mini fountain and stumbled across this! Literally I stumbled across it at the store I almost fell, but I chose to buy it online because I knew it would be heavy, so I shipped it to her house and had her boyfriend take it inside and wrap it. And boy when she opened it she lit up like a bonfire! It was so beautiful, and when she got to set it up which was such an easy process, her smile stretched for miles. The color made it look like fire, and the sound of the water flying up and hitting the water already in the bowl is so satisfying! This product is perfect for a zen room and just for decoration. The pump is silent and even though I said the sound of the water was satisfying, sadly it’s not that loud, but that’s great in some ways. This is a product that’s perfect for many occasions, 5 stars I would definitely recommend, this is definitely a value for its money!

So far so good. It was fairly easy to setup. It looks very nice.... is just the perfect sound - not too loud, not too soft. You plug it in - no on/off switch.. (the pump has a tiny on/off switch - but that is buried inside once you get it running - the pump itself is really tiny too - about 2"x2" square). The fountain measurements given are accurate. I am having a stand made for it - but for the moment it is sitting level and stably on a small, square glass outside side table.The LED light is pleasant. It's lovely. I am hoping it lasts a really long time.

Nice looking buddha but you need bionic buddha ears to hear the darn thing. The trickle is so feint in an outdoor environment as to only be discernible by the most meditative mind or sharpest of hearers.

This would be a stunning fountain except mine has "patch work" on half of the face that makes it look like Buddha has scabs or a disease. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear this seller offers free returns/exchanges; they haven't responded to my message either.Update: The seller did respond after the review posted and offered a free exchange. It just arrived. The face on this one is not "blemished". Sorry to say the disappointment now is that the color is quite different. The color of the first one was just right - dark bronze with a hint of green patina. This one is reddish copper with heavy green patina. I was planning on spraying it with a food-safe outdoor protector which I believe will only make the colors worse. I will say it looks very similar to the first picture in the listing, so I'm rating this for accuracy and allowing the exchange. However, it's turned out to be a bit of a disappointment both times and a headache. I haven't tested it's functionality yet as I'm waiting until next year to put it out.

Absolutely worth every penny. We redid our yard in Chicago to have a zen feeling and this was the perfect fountain. It is easy to assemble, has a beautiful finish and works like a charm. I am beyond happy with my purchase and will purchase another for my 2nd garden
