I'm super skeptical of things that promise to give you added energy. I'm on my second cup of double strength coffee right now cause it doesn't do much.This stuff doesn't taste so great, and I lost the little package of straws that came with it (I brought them to work). So I've been opening the bottle with a small wooden skewer or a pen cap and just drinking it directly from the bottle...which makes it taste worse...but then within a couple of minutes I can actually feel the burst of warmth and energy. I've never experienced that before when using products with Ginseng and it's pretty awesome. I've had extra energy since I started using them. Maybe it's related to this product? There's not really any other reason, but I've been able to work full time, hang out with my kids, cook, clean...on about 5 hours of sleep a night which would normally have me falling asleep the moment I got home. Took one of these instead and was able to get a lot more done. Placebo? Maybe, but I don't think so. I'm no stranger to "natural remedies" and am skeptical, more likely to give a negative or neutral review because I don't expect a product to work, so I was surprised to feel the warming energy in this.
