Yes, it is easy to say that it is easy to assemble unless you try your hands on it. "Sometimes" the racks/shelves doesn't pass through the plastic connectors, as in they don't fit exactly around the plastic connectors on all four sides. This results in, say, <1% of shakiness of the assembled unit.Secondly, the matte painted black rods and shelves had paints come off in several places. Decided not to return as this took a long time to reach me and I wasn't in a mood to initiate the return process and wait another 30 days. [This is one reason most people get used to defective or slightly damaged products]I had already used the 3-shelf storage unit from Amazon basics and it is 100% fine (Is it because it was of chrome steel??) but this one had uneven or worn out painting in every single layer. For me it was a minor thing but my mom was scared that it was very serious damage. Despite this, the rack served the purpose. Sturdy, neat, perfectly made. I removed the wheels, as we never plan to move the unit and thought of stacking up more weight (without the wheels)Except for the paint thing, rest was good. You might wanna have a look at similar products from Callas (bit expensive) and MilNil (expensive but the design is different - Typically used in majority of the Indian households)Fellow reviewers - DO NOT review the delivery experience and give a star rating based on your personal experience with the product. If it is damaged and you have ordered for a replacement, do not give a bad rating as it brings down the star rating of the product. The overall star rating impacts the purchasing decision of other buyers.

I ordered this with an intended use for stacking potted plants. The fit and finish are so good, that I will order at least one more as it can be used for several other purposes like suitcases, tools and other heavy items that clutter floor space.All components included were very well packed. The assembly instructions and maximum load per shelf are included in a printed booklet. When positioning the plastic connectors on the vertical supports, make sure there is a snug fit before you lower the shelves. The notch on the round holes of each shelf must face downwards and the printed “top” on each plastic connector must face upwards. The figure in the instructions with a cross and tick mark means you need to check and ensure correct position. Last tip before I close, avoid positioning any shelf on the joint of two vertical bars. I had ordered a five shelf stand which has two vertical bars to be assembled together. To increase the load bearing capacity one can replace castors with the leveling screws that are included.

Packing was adequate not to damage the several pieces in the box. It is better to see the video on youtube before assembly. Assembly is very easy once you know how to do. Once assembled it is sturdy and look wise also good. Only thing i found which needs improvement is the wheel design. Even in locked condition there is movement due to slipping on tile flooring. So i removed the wheels and fixed the rubber bush that was also available in the packaging. Overall product is worth the money

This is one of the best shelf/rack available in the market. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy and strong, good quality material, and looks decent. This is worth for money. The shelves are easily height-adjustable and the option of attaching the wheel or not makes this product even more worthy of the cost.This product came in a good and clean packaging (Good job, Amazon!) with instructions manual. I cut up the box to use as base on top of each shelf.

Take a look at the product photos and then the most recent reviews. It's so upsetting that I couldn't bring myself to take photos of the garbage I received.Some years ago, I bought one of these. The original (imported) version that looks like the product photos. Very nice paint, smooth and even, heavy guage metal all around, no dents or rust anywhere, quality 4-inch wheels.Guess what's changed? EVERYTHING.It now looks like it's been welded, painted and packaged on a dirt road in a country that's far worse off than our own. It's as if it was manufactured by a company that penny-pinches to the extent that it mandates that a Rs 10 chai must be shared by at least three employees.Dented, rusted, dust specs under the paint, no paint on the underside, and plastic wheels that look like they fell off a toy that came free with a Rs 99 burger. Absolute garbage, it's shocking.The manual! I have never seen such a low quality photocopy, not on this side of the dot com bubble anyway. Paper thinner than a face towel, ink so faint you'd think it was a watermark.What's absolutely hilarious is that there is one part of the manual that has ink dark enough to see things clearly. Can you guess what it is?"Made in India"No doubt that the contract of manufacturing this product was given to a relative of a suit who then proceeded to mint their own fortune by cutting every cost they could, and then proceed to cut even more until what they have resembles something that might hold a bag of murmure if someone makes sure to turn off the ceiling fan first.Whoever that suit is, and whatever is the sham entity that manufactured this, I hope they learn about indoor toilets someday and perhaps strive for a higher quality of life. For the sake of this country, anyway.This product is worth less than the sum of its parts. It makes me feeel like we're half a century behind everyone else.I waited years to be able to afford another one of these and the product is completely ruined. I knew I should've gotten two at the start, but mutter paneer tastes so good.Now I have to find a grandmother and have them curse whoever is responsible for this for the rest of their natural life.
