It is a bit salty, but used in a cream with white cheese and milk is fine.

Fruity, great flavor. Mild. If you want heat, you'll have to add something.Bought it for a chicken recipe. It was a winner. Can't wait to experiment with other recipes.

So Delicious & Flavorful Without being Overpowering

It is pretty expensive, and it is worse when they send it open. Normally unopen, it is great flavor I only gave it a 3 because it was open when I got it. But normally is taste great.
