I really like this product because it provides two things I need…help going to sleep and helping to prevent nocturnal leg cramps.

I really like this supplement and it’s been helping my sleep!

I have used Primal Shield Dark for almost 2 months now. At first, I followed the recommended dosage of 3 capsules, but it gave me a headache and diarrhea the next morning. Figured my body needed to adjust so I took the recommended dosage 2 more days. Still had the same side effects so I researched it and found that the maximum recommended daily dose of magnesium for adults is 420 mg for males and 350 mg for females. Primal Shield Dark‘s 3 capsule dosage is 400 mg.SIDE NOTE: There’s a good online article on healthline that answers, “how much magnesium should you take per day?”So I’ve gone back and forth between 2-3 capsules, and work with my total dosage for the week instead of daily. I no longer have the headaches, and I’m keeping the runs in check. I’ve taken the time to tweak the dosage because overall, I love how I feel better in the mornings (rested, less groggy, more energy, feel skinnier)!4 STARS - great product! However, I recommend the company does more research on proper dosages, and creates a separate product line for males and another for females!

Looking for a Melatonin Free sleep supplement that worked. This product actually works great.. I wake up feeling rested and I am someone that get 4-6 hours of sleep due to my struggles, its nice to have something that makes me feel rested.
