simply amazing. i cant take epsom salt baths due to prosthetic hips and shoulder surgery (cant get in and out). a friend recommended this for my back pain. within 5 minutes my pain was gone. i have since recommended it and know of 3 people who have ordered and say the same thing. for one person, it took away her warmth and pain around her knee replacement. simply amazing

This seems to work just as well as an epsom salt bath for when my hands are sore. My only call out would be that it is pretty runny/thin, so I make sure to shake it well first and only use a little bit at a time. it can be difficult to rub in if you put too much.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how well this worked. It doesn’t last for hours, but definitely has taken the edge off completely. My only complaint is it’s very thin! Not watery thin, but pump lotion thin. You’ll need to be careful when you tip it to open it up. I’ve got more than I needed more tan once!

I use this after a full day at Disneyland, and after half-marathons. Really helps relieve pain and soothes feet!

The contents are pretty watery, so you don't want to squeeze the tube. The fluid just comes out. I bought as an easy way to apply epsom salts. Maybe better not to add a thickening agent, as would be one more chemical, but is a little runny. Seems to be fine on the skin and is not greasy.

Epsom salt is magnesium, it helps me sleep and calms he pain in my feet before bed without having to go through the mess of soaking my feet before bed I keep thisi product on hand at all times.

I got this to take to use whilst on a Disney trip. This was great for using after a long day in the parks.
