I have an 8" x 11" dictionary that is 6" deep and need a folding stand that will help protect the book because the binding is cracked. Good match?

This is extremely beautiful but very small. Each wing is about 5"x5". I used it to display an artistic church hymnal. Also, all legs are the same length so there is no slant as there would be for something like a cookbook stand. It would definitely be strong enough to hold a big book but obviously the thicker the book, the less open it can be. My 2" thick hymnal lies open at just about the right angle. I hope that helps a bit!

I would look for a bigger stand than this one for a 14 x 10 Quran. I like this stand don't get me wrong but you would need a bigger one

L 9" W 41/2" I think it will be small as per yourdimensions although it is meant for holding Qur'an.
