Well made. No paint problems
I read the previous reviews about the paint being wet and sticking to the packing material. I had no such issues. I am a first time English Wheel user, but have made many parts in the short time that I have had this. I am extremely happy with the function. No modificantions necessarry. Heavy duty construction. It is a low priced option compared to the many that I saw. There are no written instructions about assembly or use but I don't consider it a major issue as it is pretty easy to figure out by looking at the picture. YouTube has plenty of instruction on usage as well.Would highly recomend!

Missing mounting nuts and bolts, instructions also
Recieved from RL shippers who had dropped the pallet in my driveway and 1 foot from roadway! Unpacked everything and was missing 4 bolts and nuts to mount to floor stand. No Instructions as well. Product does work well though!

Harbor Freight E Wheel that costs more.
You can buy the same product at Harbor Freight (confirmed by Jeg’s technical staff via phone conversation). Look it up.

Solid but not quality checked
Missing a few parts. Paint was crinkled as though it was shrink wrapped before the paint dried.

Paint/Finish Poor Quality
When I received this English Wheel it looked like they wrapped the protective plastic on it before the paint was dry. Also the parts list shows a support plate for the bottom stand which and two parts to hold the anvils in the anvil rack but they were not included in the package. I will be contacting Amazon today to see if they can do something to fix this.

Not perfect, but better than expected
The one I received is not the pictured item. It's the miter cut and welded style that everyone else from harbor freight to baileigh sell. The paint is as bad as others have pointed out. It's more like heavy overspray buildup than an actual intended painted parts. Where the upper wheel bolts to the frame it is slotted for and aft to get it centered on the lower anvils. Probably want to have some shim stock on hand to get it all squared up because the plate on the mainframe was warped from welding. No assembly instructions at all, but it's pretty self explanatory. For the better than expected part the upper wheel has a little under .001 run out both sides and center. The lower anvils ranged from .001 to .0025. after the initial inspection I did not expect that. I'm sure someone would notice it in their work, but I won't. Im content with just the fact that it came with multiple lower anvils and did have to hunt a set and take a gamble they would even work. My only complaint is dealing with jegs through Amazon was heading towards a logistical nightmare for shipping. I knew it was a heavy package and my address is not transfer truck friendly. Never received any information on how it was being shipped or if equipment was needed to unload it or even a tracking number that would work when I searched it. Had to contact jegs through Amazon to get the carrier then had to contact the carrier to arrange a time. Turns out they didn't even have the correct phone number to reach me. Everything worked out, but I wouldn't order this expecting it to be on your porch when you get home from work.
