Good parallel cable Wiring info
Cable works correctly but there are questions as how outlet is wired. I looked for a diagram but none could be found. I tested cable as there are several ways the socket could be wired. Both black wires in the generator ends are connected to both of the parallel blades ( normally these are the “hot”leads) Both the red wires on the generator ends are connected to the single blade, above the ground (round pin). This is usually the neutral line. The green wires at the generator ends are connected to the round ground pin. Neither the red or black leads are specified as the neutral. The ground leads just bond the generator frames together. If you measure between either the black or red leads to ground no voltage. Hope this helps someone.

General Information
Easy to use, no issues. Wish they made cable lengths longer or have choices? For Westinghouse users, buy extra wind nuts, left port is black, right port is positive. Fyi.

Cord is great, lots of misinformation in the Questions/Answers here
Let me make this perfectly clear:This cord WILL NOT provide 240 or 220 volt power. You will get only 120V through this cord, and that will be the total power from both inverter generators.I tested it with my continuity tester and the two black hot leads are tied together and to both of the hot pins in the 14-50 four-pin socket. The neutral and grounds are similarly tied together to the respective pins in the 14-50.Oh and as for the cord itself - it's solidly built, pretty flexible, and seems worth the cost.

Works great
Hooked up 2 predator 3500 inverters. Works great for running the camper to its full potential when boondocking.Totally satisfied .

Thin wires get warm
I use this for two igen4500 to produce 50a 120vthat this connector shares across both L1 and L2. It works well, but I have some concern about how thin the wire is. The wires of this connector get warm with use and would be better if a thicker gauge wire. If wire movement over time causes the wire to weaken within then this could become a fire hazard. The instructions suggest an burdensome startup procedure, but my experience is that none of that is necessary. I've had no problems starting and stopping one generator at a time with a load connected. Expect one generator will run out of fuel before the other, and that the still running generator may not be able to handle the load alone. Parallel generators is a good idea because you don't always need full power from both running. Depending on load, you can stop one generator at a time to refuel. My RV has a victron inverter and lithium batteries. I can run all three easy-start air conditioners at once and a moderate fourth load too. I tell the victron how many amps it can draw from generators and it supplements from battery when needed. I own six kinds of generators now and these Westinghouse are the absolute best.

Work great
I had been using a box style parallel kit, this is more reliable option if you don’t need a 30 amp plug. Works great!!
