My experience is that they all do over time, I hand wash and don't use the dryer

I’m much larger and ordered a set of the medium. At 150 lbs and 5’4” they are a comfortable, neither too loose or tight . The fleece backing is a soft and dub as a warm base layer , after washing a couple times on gentle cycle they still look and fit like new. Hope this is helpful .
