I have been deadlifting with my trainer now for 8 months and have got to 105 KG. So heavy weights now. So my trainer suggested I got a belt.I liked this one as it looked and is good quality. Really great product. After training for a few years and increasing my compound movements (squat and deadlift). I began getting lower lumbar pain after training. This belt really helped to reduce the pain from my back massively, while giving me the confidence and support to focus more on the movement and increasing the weight. Would recommend getting some knee supports as squats have increased massively.

I recently purchased this belt to supplement my training. Had moved onto the strength phase of my programme where a lot of heavy weights would be lifted, now I wouldn't lift heavy without it. For compound movements and for things like a push press the stability it gives to the spine is key. It helps avoid any unwanted spinal flexion/extension so Protecting your form. A must have for anyone looking to increase the weight lifted and stay injury free!

Was a really good belt when it was new but the build quality of the buckle is poor! Pin comes loose after heavy lifts, you have to knock the pin back in to allow it to close! Doesnt give good confidence when your about to lift heavy weight!

The belt is made very well and does its job to sustain the back during exercises. I give three stars only because one of the received screws is damaged and rusted already and one of the hook is poorly made, with a sharp edge that could be potentially harmful when opening and closing the belt. This defects however don't impact the functionality of the belt.

En la propia funda vienen las características del producto.El tejido es duro, quizás la única pega es que es un poco rígido, pero está recubierto de una especie de gamuza que es suave.Parece muy resistente, hecho con piel.La hebilla es muy robusta, sin holguras. Con el logo de la marca, al igual que en el medio del cinturón.Una vez ajustado da mucha seguridad, la sujección es muy firme y da mucha confianza.Desde luego una compra muy recomendable.Calidad - precio inmejorable.
