Can I put this in porridge?

It wouldn't go well in porridge, but of a serious flavour contrast... But if you must then it will actually work but I wouldn't put it into hot porridge I'd suggest a whey protein to add to porridge, this is best just used with cold water it's a very refreshing and quickly absorbed protein compound, best straight after exercise adding a carbohydrate would slow down that process somewhat, so it would kind of undermine it's most valuable attribute. still left with lumps in my shaker no matter how much i shake. Its very annoying. Any ideas?

Try putting the water in first, then add the powder and shake it up. I’ve been using this for years and never had a problem.

What size is the scoop? It gives substantially more than the 30g serving size…

Serving size says 30g on the tub, protein per 30g is 27g
