Is india ink alcohol proof? How does it behave with alcohol ink?

They are also alcohol proof and pair well with alcohol-based markers such as Copics. I looked all over the packaging, which features several languages, and I do not see any info as to whether the ink is acid free or not. It is clearly marked as permanent black ink.
