Works great! Better price here than home improvement store. Put on 2 coats on floors, showers walls and kitchen backsplash before moving into new construction home Highly recommend using a grout wand stick to minimize back pain.

When I purchased Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold, I thought I would be receiving the "Professional" version of the sealer. That is what Amazon's picture showed and it was the sealer given the highest rating by a trusted tile review site. However, when I opened the package, it was the "New Rapid Cure" sealer and not the "Professional" version. Since I had to seal the grout before my sub-contractor came, I went ahead and applied the sealer.The best way I found to apply the sealer was with a small paint brush (about 1/2" wide bristles) which enabled me to get in some tight spots. Since the sealer dried so quickly, I was able to apply three coats in less than four hours. The sealer wiped up very cleanly off any tile and left no residue. The next day I tested some grout lines by dripping a little water on them to see how well the sealer worked. The water remained on the grout and did not penetrate it at all. Of course, I cannot say how well the sealer will repel any kind of stains, but if the "New Rapid Cure" is as effective as the "Professional," then it will offer the additional bonus of quicker working. It should be noted that a little bit of the sealer goes a long way, but a gallon is a far more economical way to buy it if one has a number of jobs.I purchased a gallon of the sealer from Simple Supplies Store through Amazon. The seller shipped the product free and I received it well before the estimated delivery date. When I expressed a concern about not receiving the "Professional" version, the seller kindly informed me that the "New Rapid Cure" was, indeed, new and that it had replaced the "Professional" version several years ago. As noted above, the new version has the additional virtue of allowing the kind of rapid applications which I was able to make.

Seems to seal grout and porous tile very well -- we applied three coats right away. We're finding it to be much easier to wipe up spills without leaving stains behind. The product is pretty smelly for several hours after application, but that's a minor consideration.

Having my Kit. remodeled and sealing grout in floor NOT included. So, did my usual research and spent the $ on this. Used two areas under where appliances will go. Grout i have is 1wk old,clean,white. First coat,wait 30min, 2nd coat,wait 40 min. Test and NO water absorbing into grout. We'll see how it holds up over the months. P.s. i chose to not deal with the issue of unintentionally leaving sealer on my new porcelain tile, then possibly missing it, then having to use same sealer to clear it out. So, i layed out tape so only grout exposed. That worked fine. I found that if i applied too much onto any area, the tape would absorb some and then transfer under to porcelain. No prob. upon pulling up tape, the still wet sealer could be wiped off easily. There is some odor to product but not bad as long as you are not too sensitive. Happy with product.

We use this every year or every other year to seal the stone around our pool and it works great. Just power wash the stone, let it dry, and apply this stuff. We use a pump sprayer, but you can roll it on as well. Easy to use, dries/sets in a few hours and provides long-lasting protection to the stone. It is a little pricey, but worth it to keep your stone patio looking great.

I've used this sealer before it's good. The cleaner sucks though. Doesn't really clean the grime. And I was supposed to get the discount for buying both cleaner and sealant together, but I was charged individually. Be careful!

Did a great job

Excellent sealer for my granite countertops and tile floor grout. Easy to apply. As to be expected , strong odor so use in well ventilated areas. Am going to try on my driveway pavers as it is rated for outdoor use
