Q: What's the lowest operating temp? Can this cook low and slow?

I could not get below 425 degrees. And that was with only one burner on and turned to the lowest setting. I would not recommend it for a low a slow cook.

Hello Paul Fisher Media, This grill has a push and turn ignition. All you do is push the knobs in and turn them slowly. The ignitors will then spark and light the burners. Make sure you do not turn too fast to allow gas to collect. Together, Made Better-Megamaster
