Is it, or is it not, refillable? Is it designed to be refillable or not?!

Don't worry about refilling. All the spices except for salt clump together and can't be shaken out. I never even took it out of my air-conditioned house and they clumped the holes.

Will this fit inside of the top cup of a Stanley Cookset?

Yes. And break open and spill spices all over your cookset ruining the first two hours of your camping trip. Don’t buy it.

What spices are included?

Salt, pepper, garlic salt, cayenne, curry, paprika. All less than 1/2 oz except the salt. It's much smaller that it appears I hope this helps.
