Durable long lasting
i installed on 2/2020. Has held up very well these 5 years. I had full line of towels during heavy rain and line held. Very well made worth the cost. Highly recommend

The Pulleys are a very good quality casting and operate smoothly. The installation went well and now we can get back to basics and lower the utility bill a bit.

Great clothes line, needs stronger hooks
Love my clothes line, it’s the perfect distance between my laundry room window at the telephone pole, holds quite a bit! However, if you plan to do one set of sheets and comforter and live in a windy area you will want stronger hooks than what comes with it. Sheets were dry quickly because of the wind, just waiting on comforter to dry and the line ended up on the ground. Too windy with the weight straightened the hook right out. Not hard to fix, will pick up stronger hooks at hardware store, just be prepared.

Missing parts
The product is of good quality. Sadly the box was missing 3 items essential to a proper installation. It was to much of a hassle to return the product for replacement so I bought the parts at my local hardware store.
