Hi there, Yes I usually melt for a few seconds in a microwave, or you can use the bowl over a saucepan of water method, and then you can either use as an ingredient or a topping , coating etc , because they are like mini chocolate buttons they melt quicker than breaking up chunks of ordinary chocolate. Perfect for making moulds

Tried other chocolate to make moulds but this is the chocolate I needed. Worked first time and chocolate mould didnt melt at room temperature after setting like the other shop brands. They were perfect. Tasted great too
