I bought this for our 32+ hour flights to Australia. I waited till after the trip to review honestly, not before, which would be ‘hopefully’.I am tall with a long neck, so I loved the fit and ability to adjust front or back depending on which way I was trying to sleep.I coupled it with a deep memory foam neck pillow and whether in the center, or window seats, this really improved my rest.Let’s face it, it is difficult to sleep on a plane anyways, but I slept more than ever before without this. My neck did not ache and I did not find myself head bobbing forward.As mentioned in other posts, the clip design for the bag could be fine tuned to clip back on itself so you can loop it on to your carryon instead of clip only.I would recommend this to any long necked person for sure.

This pillow is not for you if you have neck/facial sensory needs and issues. And do not pack it for your travels without spending a day at least getting used to it.It requires time to get used to the sensation and also playing around with what feels right and what is comfortable for your neck and shoulders - but once it’s right it fits like a glove and works really well holding your head in place allowing it to drop forward or sideways without causing strain.I find I have to wedge the bottom part of the flipper into the base of where my neck meets my shoulder, and the top part is providing support for my check.It’s comfortable once you’ve worked out the correct position for you and it keeps you cool. The plus version is worth it

I ordered numerous travel pillows for my upcoming long haul flight and out of them all the Trtl Pillow Plus was by far the superior pick! Total neck support at the side as well as under the chin and its adjustable so you can increase the support or adjust to fit your particular neck size. I’m short (5’1) and some pillows were too big to fit in the space around my neck. The Trtl Pillow Plus is an excellent fit and it’s much more compact to travel with which is a bonus!

It's ok. Is it better than the far cheaper neck pillows? maybe a bit better but not to justify the hype and price. Advantages are they are easier to carry, my wife got the non adjustable one and I had the adjustable which is more expensive. No real noticeable difference and again does not justify the price difference. I would say if you want a more portable neck system and can afford it then go for it. If you want to save money then the alternatives will be better.

I could see how it could work for some people, but it didn’t for me.The thing really does get hot, but that’s mostly the material so putting a t shirt or some cotton cloth inbetween kinda solves that issue.The main issue for me is that no matter the height adjustment, it never offered enough support. Moreover, the higher you adjust the more flexible it becomes, and therefore the less support it offer.On top of that the part that rests on the shoulder generates a lot pressure and becomes uncomfortable really quickly.I returned it as a consequence of all of the above.

When I was deciding which neck pillow to buy I read loads of different reviews about them. Also over the years I have bought many pillows which have varied considerably in price. I do think that a neck pillow is very personal like a normal household pillow. The reviews I read about this trtl pillow plus were like marmite ie you either loved it or hated it (thought it was a waste of money). I personally have used it very successfully since its purchase. Spent over a couple of weeks travelling round India and several flights. I do feel a bit of an idiot wearing it as it looks like a medical support but for a good sleep I am prepared to overlook this. Also if it helps, I have quite a long neck. Others have commented that if you have a short neck then it is not as comfortable. Possibly my review might be of some help? Also I didn't find that it was too warm to wear although I can see why some might have this problem and possibly some might find it claustrophobic as you have better support the tighter it is.

Purchased to solve the old horse-shoe issues, and did so with ease.Is a really good product, may take a little while to get used too, but the best on the market to date.Would recommend!
