I am SO glad I tried this supplement! Total game changer. I've been taking it almost 2 weeks and I can't even believe how awesome I feel. I have bipolar, OCD, PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I tried so many different medicines trying to manage my symptoms. I'm extremely skeptical of para-medical and even routine medical promises, so I drilled deep and researched very thoroughly about this PROBIOTICS subject.I had heard for a very long time about prebiotics & probiotics & the intestinal flora. And then read a great deal about it. And how good health begins in the gut. And how after a dose of antibiotics, we have to eat yogurts or other things, because both the good and bad germs in our gut both take a hit. And it's therefore wise to restore the probiotic level afterwards.So after hearing these things for many years I was superficially aware of them.
