Excellent Parka! Read company's size chart under their description, not Amazon's standard sizing guide.
Small fits women's sizes 6-8. The company describes their sizing after product and it is different than the standard Amazon size chart. The coat fits according to the company's size chart,not Amazon's. Read the company's description and ignore clicking :"size chart". I also called and customer service was helpful in describing sizing.It is a beautiful coat! Well made and warm. Yes, the hood is over-sized but meant to be wrapped around the head and buttoned under the neck. I ordered a red small because the black was out of stock in that size. It is a nice red, though I prefer darker colors. I am 5' 6 and 135# with broader shoulders and the coat fits perfectly. The tag states size 6-8 in women's which is my actual size. Great price on and amazing parka! The pockets are also useful for hands and have snap closures not buttons. The coat has both a dual zipper and overlapping buttons on elastic (not thread). I highly recommend this warm parka for style, price, and quality.

The only thing I did not like about this jacket is it goes below the knees
Winter Jacket is really very warm. I wore this jacket at -40 degrees too and its really very warm. The only thing I did not like about this jacket is it goes below the knees, so for a height of 5'1" , it looks too long. But overall it is a very good jacket for Canada winters!!!

omg!!! I wish i could give ten , one hundred , one thousand stars..!!! This coat can contend with ANY brand name winter coat out there in it category of storm coats and SURPASS expectations...EXCELLENT for Worcester, Massachusetts, New England winters!!! Just picking up the coat can attest to its quality and workmanship! Heavy weight yet light at the same time COZY warm but not stifling, the shell i s weatherproof and well sewn. There is a fleece lining around the neck (a perfect placement) to keep out any blustery winds from sneaking in...thick ribbed fabric around the cuffs and wrists...with a thumb-hole for stability while grabbing the shovel or ice-scraper. a perfect size and down lined hood for superb warmth and coverage while outdoors. HEAVY DUTY, QUALITY ZIPPER, DUAL ZIP with a button placket for more warmth and security..I can't say enough ..A MUST BUY...a GO-TO for a much needed winter storm coat!

TLDR: Wow. I absolutely love this coat. It's extremely warm and a beautiful style and perfect fit!Size: I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing and decided to go with a smaller size due to the coat apparently running a bit large. I am 5'9", 155lb with wide hips and usually wear a size M-L in tops. I purchased the coat in a size S and it fits just right even with layers underneath. However, had I been just a bit larger around the hips, I would not have fit the Small. Length comes down to just about my knees. Choose wisely.Style: This coat looks astonishly like the CG Kensington parka, but obviously for a much more appealing price. I purchased mine in Black, so I cannot say much about the quality of the colors.Quality: I am very pleased with the quality of the coat. It keeps me warm even in a snow storm. The outer shell is also waterproof. The buttons and zipper are pretty sturdy. The hood fur is also quite soft and nice.The only thing I dislike is that the hood is a bit large and sometimes does not like to stay on my head if it is too windy. This does not warrant a full star removal though.In conclusion, I can't believe I only paid the price I did for the quality of this coat. Much better than I expected.

Perfect for New England winter
Amazing winter coat for a really good price.Well constructed, sturdy, good quality materials. Made to last.Pay attention to the sizing. Read the full description to choose the right size, as for this brand a Medium equals a size 10/12. As I prefer some extra room on my coats, I ordered the Medium, but it is as big as a size large in other brands. Works for me.For a more fitted coat, order 1 to 2 sizes down.

Look no further, you have found the perfect coat
So glad I got this coat! I have been looking for a great quality winter coat to hold up in these Utah winters for a while. I have done a ton of reading and researching different brands and types, I love this coat because it seems to be the best in all categories of what I was looking for. 90%down/10%feather filling with a outer shell that is water replant, not swishy sounding when you move around, hood is huge ( I have a very large head) and has SUPER plush and soft fur, and is a great quality material, it is exactly like the Canada goose brand coat minus about $300. The quality for what you pay is amazing! $100 for a coat that's better then my $300 volcom snowboarding coat?! Sign me up! I am 5'6" and 148 lbs, this medium fits PERFECT with room for a sweater (but I probably won't want one). I have super long arms and pretty wide shoulders, and it fits like it was custom made. It is very thick, I have a feeling all my outdoor adventures up in the mountains will be met nicely with the warmth of this super awesome and durable coat. The red color is the perfect vibrant red I was after. The sides have two adjustable snaps for waist sinching. The inside has two pockets, one for phone and I'm assuming the other for gloves or wallet cuz it's a pretty good size. Outside has 4 zipper pockets. Overall, I am so happy about this purchase, I know this coat will last me many years to come.

Extemely well made!
This coat is amazing! It is -25 as I write this and this coat keeps me warm. It is sized to allow for wearing extra layers. I should have ordered a medium but the large is ok and I won't send it back. I normally wear about a size 8.
