Great touch screen monitor for the price
The monitor worked great right out of the box. I plugged it in and used it that night on my POS machine. Please note that the screen is very sensitive to water. So if your fingers are wet which mine are as I'm using this in a bar setting, make sure your fingers are dry each time you touch screen. If a little water gets on it the curser gets stuck until you clean the water off. Good heavy stand helps the touch screen features as well. Great monitor for the price.

Delivered as expected and works perfectly!
This was a replacement for a point of sale screen that went down on the Wednesday night before our busiest weekend of the year. I put the order in on Wednesday night and upgraded to one day shipping. I knew it was too late to get it on Thursday but it arrived on Friday just in time to be put into service for the weekend. The price was right and the service could not be better! Screen works as described.

Love the product. It was as expected. The only issue is that I had to pay significant import fees.

Worth every cent and lasts forever!
I had this same model as a franchise because I was required to have it and after De-franchising I kept it for many years with zero problems I just bought the same model. Yep it's on the pricey end but so worth the money to not have to replace it for so long. I will say 13 years or so...that is amazing for computer equipment!

These monitors are over priced. Now that touch screens are common on laptops and available for desktops, the price is way out of line. In addition, the picture is not that great. The colors are slightly washed-out, and no adjustment of the color, contract or color temp has made much of an improvement. It's useable, but for the cost, it should have a stellar image. It doesn't.
