I love the look, but the clasp cross bar is too short and can not hold on anything thick - like a blazer. If you try to put it on a thick garment the bar does not reach far enough to clasp.

The brooch is beautiful!! It serves several purposes for me, one being it reminds me of my Mother and Grandmothers attire being completed with such a lovely pin as this.
