It should, my half 11 5/8x16 1/2 fits perfectly in my 13x18 pan.

This Silpat mat works fine on any countertop, marble, granite, or even textured formica. It will be fine, and you will love it.

Q: Is the medium size = quarter sheet size?? Which one to buy for a quarter sheet ?

No. The one that fits a quarter sheet pan is 11 3/4 x 8

Q: Can I warm up pizza on it?

The Silpat is good up to 500F so you should be able to warm up pizza on it as long as you do not exceed that temperature. I am not sure why you would want to do that though as it may make the Silpat very difficult to clean and you will still have to use a baking sheet underneath the Silpat.
