How is this computer only about 100 bucks?!
What a bargain! I needed a small computer to run my living room media center and it does the job unbelievably. With the 16GB of ram it ran great, but it really cooks now that I've upgraded to 32GB. I'm thinking about one or two more for some projects, a virtual pinball table and a MP3 Jukebox...amazing little machine. No bloatware, no crap, just the operating system like new. Also like that it has Windows 10 still. Streams video and audio like a champ. Now don't expect you can upgrade this like a tower desktop, but if you need a small discreet machine that works right out of the box then this will work for you. Mouse and keyboard were not needed but a welcome addition. Recommend this 100%

Usually have good luck with these
The media could not be loaded. This is a two part review, one for the computer and one for the refurbisher/seller.The computer: these mini PC's are great little machines. Home theater PC? Check. Light duty general use computer? Check. Web browsing, email, word processing? Check. Inexpensive and low power draw home lab computer? Check. Windows installed? Check. Reload with Linux (I have several running Ubuntu and/or ProxMox)? Check. I 100% recommend these computers for cheap, quiet, generally reliable, and power efficient light duty computing tasks. The refurbisher/seller: not a very good experience with this purchase. In just over a month the computer went from a barely audible ticking fan to a quite noisy fan. I contacted the seller and they stated the fan is not replaceable. They required a video of the issue to even proceed. The Amazon contact form would not allow me to attach a video to the communication so I had to spend a bit more money on a replacement cooling fan that *should* have been taken care of by the seller.Long story short: these are great little computers but the refurbisher/seller can make or break the experience.

Great form factor. Poor performance. Bad quality control. SSDs aren't all created equal.
First off, I loved the size of the computer. I have ordered 3 total, so I have some experience with the variety of product that are shipping.TL;DR version - all SSDs aren't created equal. They installed a 2.5" SSD made by King Fast. It is beyond slow. While it may be an upgrade for some, this hinders the performance of this computer. 1 out of 3 power adapters were defective.Long version:Power supply variations and quality control: First one I got came with a power adapter, + an adapter to make it fit the computer. Unfortunately, it wouldn't even power on. I tested with another HP power adapter and it worked, fine. So it was either the power adapter or the converter plug that was included. The next two were fine, although they range in size considerably. At least the 2nd and 3rd ones worked. So, while the computer technically worked, it didn't work out of the box with what was included 1 out of 3 times for me.Next point: the included "SSD" drive is a 2.5" SSD made by King Fast. It's very VERY slow. Not as slow as a traditional hard drive, but it is inconsistent in its performance and hugely slower than other quality SSDs. I generally use Samsung SSDs and they are worth the price premium, to me. The King Fast is the 2.5" SATA variety. This computer supports M.2, so that's the option. Comparable size M.2 vs SATA are currently cheaper, so it's a easy decision. If you're expecting this to be a decent computer, spend a bit more and upgrade the junk drive they included.wifi: I had issues with the cheap wifi USB dongle included. It doesn't have built in wifi, so they throw in a usb wifi adapter. If you do use this, do yourself a favor and actually go download the driver instead of using the built in M$ one. That seemed to work more consistently for me. Regardless, I tossed it and ordered a slightly better wifi dongle for it since they were going into an office and I didn't want to deal with random disconnects.Lastly, this is more of an annoyance, but the keyboard included is a non standard layout and both the keyboard and mouse is complete junk. But, that's typical on these refurbs, so I always order a Logitech wireless KB/Mouse bundle by default. This computer COULD be pretty decent, but they killed the performance with the cheap SSD included. The power adapter mess was a bit of a joke, but after ordering 3, I ended up with 2 working ones. I didn't benchmark the memory, but that's probably fine. As shipped, this may be a nice upgrade for you, but it really fell short for me. The price point (low $200s) is attractive, but with a few extra, this performs quite well.

I bought this computer to be an extra computer at work but I ended switching my computer for this one. It works better and faster.

Don’t trust the pictures!
So far a nice computer but pissed with Amazon and false add! The pictures of What I Thought I Was Getting? Wasn’t what was in the box! All ready to hook things up but then had to order another cable! Not the end of the world but? Otherwise the PC works Great!

Buy it bestie
Wow! This little thing is powerful. I work from home and was worried that this couldn’t run my Remote Desktop/other platforms fast & efficiently but I was wrong. This little thing is faster and better than my personal PC I made. Plus I didn’t realize it would come with a keyboard & mouse & WiFi adapter. Huge win.

Fills the bill for what I needed.
I purchased this computer to act as a file server to my 32 Tb raid5 array. The computer came packed well with keyboard, mouse, power supply and a cable for the VGA port. The problem is the cable supplied for the VGA port was a DP to VGA adapter. The computer has a female DP and a VGA output port. The cable was a male DP to female VGA. What should have been supplied was a male VGA to HDMI cable. Since all new monitors use HDMI, not VGA for the most part. I have ordered a male VGA to HDMI cable. Other than this problem it works great. Had the cable be correct I'd given it 5 stars
