I LOVE these cups! I can easily do them myself without having to wait for a massage appointment. Helps to get those little knots out. You can adjust the suction to your liking. I highly recommend!

My massage therapist turned me on to this small cupping set. After one session she let me take two cups home to see how they worked for me and ultimately shared the link so I can purchase a larger set. I have terrible pain in my low back and hips and these cups have truly been a life saver. The concept of the suction to help draw more blood to the area to help promote healing and circulation itself works and I believe it provides a bit of pain relieving properties at the same time. I will leave them on for about 30 minutes or so then will move and reapply in another area as needed. Applying a thin layer or lotion or oil before cup application helps to not pull the skin. I enjoy seeing the colors drawn to the surface of my skin indicating it is working.

Suction isn't as effective as some others but works moderately well if you get particular and aggressive with their suction.

Thees cups are a great self care tool. As a massage therapist, I'm very well acquainted with cupping. However, anyone can use these. You simply flip them inside out, place where you are feeling discomfort and then flip them into place. I leave them on for a few mins, or longer, them move them somewhere else. Highly effective and highly recommended

This is a good set for at home use. Also works particularly well on joints and bony/curved areas where other cups don't stick well; such as: knees, ankles, wrists, hands, feet.They do have a sharp inner edge, sharper than other silicone cups... It's not the most comfortable and can even be itchy after removal. They also don't seem to leave as much bruising as other silicone cups... perhaps that can be attributed to not having as much suction.
