I worked many years in IT and know how to program, but this printer defeats me. It's just unusable, because half of the time it shows offline. Worst if you try to change the wifi, it's basically impossible and renders the printer unusable.

Install HP Print Service Plugin and HP Smart app in your mobile,connect Wifi with your Router and Print. Very Easy..

Great printer

Bought to replace old multi function inkjet that had seldom use and print head finally nackered.Laser is the way forward for home printing if mostly documents and tickets being printed - toner won't give you all the headaches of ink and will always be ready to go. "cannot print b&w doc without magenta" (&@!!*@£)!Delivered in sturdy box with no damage - few tapes to remove and toner cartridge to reinsert no problem.Printer itself is very neat and fits well on a shelf requiring only a power cable. Paper input tray maybe a bit flimsy but time will tell.Setting up WiFi was a bit hit and miss - you can use WPS which probably most straightforward but my router doesn't support!! I tried with Android HP smart app to no avail despite connecting to the printer's own WiFi direct network - simply hung and kept timing out when using the app.Used Win 10 laptop add printer menu which found the WiFi direct printer then somehow added my WiFi login to the printer adding it to the network through some witchcraft. Also benefit of no need to download and install the HP crapware. Could have also used a USB cable which is included.Following this fairly quick setup I had a test page printed from PC and mobile also picking up no problem. Decent quality for text, so so on gray-scale graphics but you're not buying this to print images. PC driver usefully lets you manually print double sided and prompts with instruction - works flawlessly and beats a full on auto duplex printer for space saving when only using seldom (only bug bear is can't use this functionality when printing from a mobile).Toner (1000 pages) reasonably priced around £40-50 on Amazon or cheaper if using an off brand product. Toner cartridges include the imaging drum which suits as no other consumables to think about. The printer won't stop printing just because it thinks the toner is low - you have to option to continue until the quality is no longer acceptable.Overall a good price for a tiny LaserJet that connects well to all devices and accessible for the entire household with little friction.Would 100% recommend this for people only needing b&w docs printed, don't mind lack of auto duplex and don't want something taking up an entire desk/shelf.

J'avais une imprimante jet d'encre HPMais alors c'est le jour et la nuit.C'est tellement agréable de faire une photocopie et que tout fonctionne comme il se doit.Depuis mon téléphone, ma tablette, mon ordinateur sans aucun problème.C'est du laser l'impression va très vite.L'imprimante est vraiment très compact, d'ailleurs le carton est petit comparé à l'idée que je m'en faisait.Livré dans le carton du produit uniquement et reçu en bon étatC'est l'un de mes meilleurs investissements de l'année 2020 qui devrait normalement durée dans le temps, beaucoup plus économique que celle que j'avais (HP 2632)

Nachdem das Vorgängermodell (gleichfalls ein HP) Probleme mit der Netzwerkfindung bekam – nun ja, wir werden alle älter und verwirrter -, fand ich es an der Zeit für ein aktuelleres Modell. Zumal eine neue Toner-Patrone fast so viel wie dieser Drucker gekostet hätte. Vorneweg noch kurz meine Anforderungen an den neuen Drucker, die der Laserjet Pro M15 allesamt erfüllte:• Schwarzweiß-Druck• WLAN• Klein und kompaktDen Preis von € 77 fand ich fair, immerhin liegt ja auch eine Toner-Patrone bei.Nach der Lieferung habe ich ihn gleich ausgepackt und die Installation durchgeführt, wobei mein Laptop kein DVD-Laufwerk hat und ich den Treiber downloaden musste. Problem war dies keines, denn die Installation war in Windeseile und ohne jegliche Fehlermeldung erledigt und der Drucker somit rasch einsatzbereit. Auf Grund seiner kompakten Größe findet er bequem in einem Regal Platz, wobei das Papierfach und das Auffangfach eingeklappt werden sollten.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist hierbei die Größe des Papierfachs: Dieses ist so klein, dass das Papier länglich durchhängt. Beim Vorgängermodell konnte das Papierfach ausgezogen werden, um der gesamten Papierlänge (A4) eine Auflage zu bieten. Kein Beinbruch und kein Grund für einen Stern Abzug, aber ein Stückchen mehr Plastik hätte das Gerät wohl kaum eklatant verteuert.Entscheidend waren danach noch folgende zwei Punkte für mich: Erstens das Druckbild und zweitens eine stabile WLAN-Verbindung.Da es sich um einen Schwarzweiß-Drucker mit einer Auflösung von maximal 600 x 600 dpi handelt, darf man keine gestochen scharfen Farbausdrucke erwarten. Ich drucke allerdings praktisch ausschließlich Texte, und diese auch nicht in hoher Quantität, und in diesem Punkt könnte ich nicht meckern, selbst wenn ich eine Ziege wäre. Das Druckbild ist völlig ausreichend für reine Texte und eventuell kleine Grafiken oder Diagramme.Was das WLAN betrifft, so bin ich positiv überrascht davon, dass es noch keinen einzigen Ausfall gab. Selbst wenn der Drucker tagelang nicht aktiviert wurde, findet er nach dem Einschalten rasch das Netzwerk und verbindet sich relativ zügig.Wie in der Überschrift angegeben eignet sich dieses HP-Modell ideal fürs Home Office, wo oft wenig Platz ist und nicht ständig gedruckt wird. Wer keine höheren Ansprüche wie Farbdruck, täglich hunderte Ausdrucke oder scannen stellt, dem kann ich diesen Drucker wärmstens empfehlen. Für professionellere Zwecke muss man natürlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Ich bin mit dem Kauf jedenfalls zufrieden und hoffe, dass er, gleich mir, noch ein paar Jahre halten wird.
