Are the ones that say jim shore for enesco authentic jim shore product

I received today a FAKE Jim Shore figurine from an Amazon seller. It was advertised as authentic, but it was not in a Jim Shore box, does not have an insignia on the bottom, and does not in any way resemble the angel I ordered. It is sloppily painted outside the lines. A 3 year old could have painted it better. Now I have to hope I get a refund.
