Do i need a hygrometer in each room? Or can i move it aroud

I've used these like a survey meter, moving them from place place in the house looking for places with the most humidity and lowest temperatures. They respond quite quick and seem to have an acceptable level of accuracy

What does it mean if there is no mention of dry, wet or ok. It shows 19.6c and 68rh?

I have found this device very good it clearly shows ok or ‘dry’ so I assume it would indicate if humidity too high. Our air is either ok or occasionally dry so I don’t know specifically what it says if air too wet. I hope this helps. I think they are good value for money.

Can this be mounted on a wall nail?

It doesnt come with fittings to mount on a wall, it has a little fold-out stand and it has magnets. If you have any metal in the walls you can stick it to that, that's what I've done and they've stayed stuck fast.

Could you use these for inside the car?

I can't see why not, they have a fold out stand but also a magnetic backing. They do also work knocked over so could be placed inside a door scuttle.
