- Troubleshooting 1. Remove the cushion from the packaging and unfold the corners. 2. Locate the valve and pull the cap off to open it. 3. Inflate using the included pump and ensure the cushion is expanding. 4. DO NOT OVER-INFLATE as it may damage the cushion and force the seams apart, allowing air to escape. 5. Replace the cap and push the valve back into the cushion. 6. Place the cushion on a flat, even, safe surface, away from sharp objects, to keep it inflated longer. 7. With both hands on either side of the surface, sit down slowly on the cushion. 8. DO NOT SIT ON CUSHION WITH FORCE as this may tear or rip the cushion.
