Works as advertised, Convenient for Travel, Great Value
I have been using this product now for several months and can say that it honestly has made a difference. I've tried other brands and other form factors, but this one seems to work the best in my experience. I like that it offers individual packets which make it great for traveling. Highly recommended.

I used to buy these at a pharmacy while I was living in Germany and now that I am back in the States I'm so happy that I can order them on Amazon. I only have great things to say about these probiotics. I take the package with some water in the morning on an empty stomach. The flavor reminds me of watered down milk. I like the favor, does not bother me at all :)

Good probiotic
4 stars because of contradictory instructions.I heard the inventor of this product on a Dave Asprey podcast. She said there to take after a meal. The rational being that the meal will absorb stomach acid, thus shielding the good bacteria from being so easily destroyed in the stomach. But the package instructions say to take on an empty stomach. So now I have no idea what to believe. They need to figure out what actually works and straighten out their communication.

Did not want to spend so much
I saw this particular brand on a YouTube show with Dave Asprey and since I trust him completely, I thought I would try it. It is an amazing probiotic worth every penny.

Amazing
Better than any equivalent products I ever tried, this is a truly amazing probiotic that is perfect from my point of view. Despite being skeptical about a lot of things in this category I cannot praise this one enough

Terrible ingredients
Be warned. Contains natural flavors, maltodextrin, and other terrible ingredients. I’d love to return, but you’re not able to return to Amazon

Improved gut health
This stuff tastes terrible! Even mixed in juice. Don’t put this in water. It’s gross. I mix it in smoothies. But I feel like it improved my gut health almost immediately. I also started taking digestive enzymes so it's hard to say if any one thing is causing the improvement (perhaps it’s the perfect combo) but this is the first time I’ve found something that works for me - and I’ve been trying for more years than I care to admit.
